He has been in this profession since 1982 and has been serving the profession in the capacity of a Practicing Company Secretary since 1985. With a sumptuous experience and expertise in the professional domain he has a humble understanding of combining statutes with successful business transaction. He has been an advisor to more than 200 Companies and also acts as a Secretarial Auditor to various Listed and Unlisted entities.

CS Rohit Kulkarni started his professional career with different Banks, Asset Management and Insurance Companies dealing in finance sector since 2007. Being participant in the CS profession since 2009, CS Rohit is in Practice since 2012. He has advised more than 250 entities till date and is also appointed as Secretarial Auditor on various Listed and Unlisted entities. Over the period, he has developed an expertise in the matters of Family Settlement, dispute resolution, Arbitration, Inheritance Management and entity distribution for multi-million net-worth Corporate. Aspiring to serve the Profession CS Rohit also actively moved various amendments in Company Law and Arbitration Law through Leaders of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha exploring the greatness of the Democratic Culture of Union of India.
